Remedy Entertainment เปิดตัว DLC ตัวที่สองของเกม Alan Wake 2 ชื่อว่า The Lake House มีกำหนดออกในเดือนตุลาคมนี้

เนื้อเรื่องของ DLC นี้เกิดในสถานีวิจัย The Lake House ริมทะเลสาบ Cauldron Lake ซึ่งมีเรื่องน่ากลัวเกิดขึ้น เหตุการณ์ใน DLC ขนานไปกับเหตุการณ์ในตัวเกมภาคหลัก ตัวเอกของภาคนี้เป็นตัวละครใหม่ชื่อ Kiran Estevez เจ้าหน้าที่ของ Federal Bureau of Control

ความน่าสนใจของ DLC ตัวนี้คือ Federal Bureau of Control เจ้าของสถานีวิจัยแห่งนี้ เป็นหน่วยงานในเกม Control ของค่ายตัวเอง ซึ่งยืนยันแล้วว่าจักรวาลของเกม Control และ Alan Wake เป็นจักรวาลเดียวกัน และ DLC ตัวนี้เป็นการโยงเรื่องจากทั้งสองเกมให้เข้าใกล้กันมากขึ้น (ขยับขึ้นจาก DLC ตัวแรกที่เริ่มมีเข้ามาบ้าง)
