Assassin's Creed Shadows เกมที่มีแฟนๆ ให้ความสนใจกับยอดขาย-ยอดผู้เล่นเยอะที่สุด ชนิดว่าเกมอื่นไม่มีทางเทียบได้ ประกาศยอดผู้เล่นเกิน 3 ล้านคนเรียบร้อยแล้ว

Ubisoft ยังให้ข้อมูลว่า Shadows ถือเป็นเกมที่มี ยอดขาย (ไม่ใช่จำนวนผู้เล่น) ในวันแรกสูงเป็นอันดับ 2 ของแฟรนไชส์ Assassin's Creed (อันดับ 1 คือภาค Valhalla ที่ขายตอน COVID) และมียอดขายวันแรกสูงเป็นอันดับ 1 ของเกม Ubisoft ทั้งหมดบน PlayStation Digital Store ด้วย
